Bargain Yard Selling... Online!

I'm pretty sure the age of Yard Selling on Facebook and Bookoo has got to be the best thing ever invented (after the iPhone of course.) I mean come on... Look at that GIANT pile of books I got for Rhapsody from a Facebook page for only $10! In fact, most of Rhapsody's clothes, toys, etc. have come from sale pages. All of Richard and my furniture have come from thrift stores or sale pages. Heck. Even our 47" 1080p flatscreen JVC came at a bargain of only $200 (for real!) Although I love going to the auctions, and thrift stores locally, I find it pretty great to sit on my couch and troll through Facebook pages and Bookoo to see if there is anything for sale that I want/need. Sometimes this techmology thing has its place! Not only can I find amazing used items for a steal, there are so many women out there (especially us military wives!) putting their amazing God given talents to sale! Rhapsody now has a custom made rocking chair cover that will soon have matching curtains (for a steal of a price) along with a matching crib skirt. All of this done by a local mom who is a beast of a sewing woman with some amazing fabrics. So I say yardsale onwards my friends!
